Return & Exchange Policy
We want every Bonbeary purchase to be a wonderful experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Size Guide Please refer to the Size Chart before purchasing. We recommend choosing the size based on your child's measurements rather than age. A measurement tolerance of ±2 cm is considered normal.
Colour Disclaimer Colours may vary slightly due to different screen settings and lighting conditions.
Exchange Policy For exchange requests, items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
Defective or Incorrect Items Claims for defective or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include a continuous unboxing video (no cuts or interruptions).
Shipping Schedule
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT+7), Monday to Friday, will be shipped on the same business day.
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT+7) on Saturday will be shipped on the same business day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
