Orders placed on Sundays and holidays will be processed the following working day.

Orders that have been processed and have received a receipt number CANNOT BE CHANGED / CANCELED. Do not accept changes in details via Chat/notes when the order has already been processed.

If there is a defect / error in the product received by the customer, please submit a complaint via chat with video evidence during unboxing.

Product exchanges due to product errors/defects can only be exchanged a maximum of 2x24 after the goods arrive and the product being exchanged is still in NEW condition (unused)

Bonbeary does not accept product exchanges/returns if the product sent is as ordered

• Wash with similar colours
• Turn garment inside out before washing
• Do not bleach
• Tumble dry low or line dry
• Do not dry clean

• We recommend choosing the size based on your child's measurements rather than age.
• Measurement tolerance of ±2 cm is considered normal.
• Colours may vary slightly due to different screen settings and lighting conditions.
• For exchange requests, items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Claims for defective or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include a continuous unboxing video.
• Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT+7), Monday to Friday, will be shipped on the same business day.
• Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT+7) on Saturday will be shipped on the same business day.
• Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
